EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting our Withdrawal Request Form.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, we will send you an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your request.

Returning Your Order

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Items should be returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Return shipping costs, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any associated carrier fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost or delayed during return transit.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

However, if returned goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, as permitted by applicable law.

Examples of excessive handling may include, but are not limited to:

  • Makeup stains

  • Deodorant marks

  • Perfume or smoke odours

  • Pet hair

  • Washing or laundering

  • Stretching or alteration

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
