What is the return policy?
UK and EU Customers only
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return request is approved, you will then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
United States and International Customers only
Customers located outside the United Kingdom and European Union, including the United States are not covered by a statutory cooling-off or automatic return period for online purchases.
We may, at our discretion, review return requests from US and international customers on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a return is not guaranteed.

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
